By accessing our services and website, you ("you", "the Client") agree to these Terms & Conditions, ensuring a transparent and respectful partnership.

By accessing our services or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use our services.

Hélène Performance offers personalized coaching and training plans, including ongoing supervision and support through various platforms like Nolio. Services are tailored to individual fitness, and personal and professional development goals.

 

4. User Responsibilities

Users are expected to engage actively in their coaching plans, maintain respectful communication, and adhere to agreed-upon schedules. Users are responsible for providing accurate information about their health and fitness levels.

 

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Payments for coaching packages are due upfront and are non-refundable. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled with a notice period outlined in the coaching agreement. In case of injury, coaching may be paused, as specified in your coaching agreement.

 

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and coaching plans provided by Hélène Performance are the intellectual property of Hélène Dumais. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, or used without explicit permission.

 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Hélène Performance does not guarantee specific results from using our services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the services.

 

8. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website or via email, effective immediately upon posting.
