Professional coaching helps you slow down, think clearly, and make better decisions when something important needs your attention.
The topic may be professional, personal, athletic, or tied to a life transition. You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. What matters is being ready to look honestly at where you are, what is getting in the way, and what you want to do next.

A place to pause without staying paused
Sometimes, you do not need more information.
You need a clearer conversation.
Coaching gives you a structured way to pause, clarify what matters, explore your options, and turn reflection into movement.
It is not about being told what to do.
It is not about receiving a ready-made formula.
It starts from the belief that you are capable of reflection, choice, and growth.
It is about creating enough clarity to see the situation differently, use your strengths, reconnect with your own judgment, and choose your next step with more intention.
Professional coaching is a structured, human conversation that helps you clarify what matters, recognize your strengths, explore useful options, and choose your next step with more confidence.
What professional coaching is
Professional coaching can support personal, professional, athletic, relational, or life-transition topics. The word “professional” refers to the coaching discipline and standards, not only to workplace topics.
It is future-oriented, goal-oriented, and strengths-based. It starts from the belief that you are capable, resourceful, and able to create meaningful change.
It is different from consulting, mentoring, training, or therapy.
In consulting, the focus is often on the problem, and the expert gives advice, recommendations, or a plan.
In mentoring, the focus is often on learning from someone else’s experience.
In training or education, the focus is on developing skills, knowledge, or technique.
In professional coaching, the focus is on you: your strengths, thinking, choices, values, direction, and ability to move forward with more clarity and ownership.

You may be juggling a demanding role, a family, a business, an athletic goal, a transition, or a question you keep pushing aside.
You may be juggling
Coaching is not about me becoming the expert in every object you are carrying. It is about helping you notice how you are carrying it, what you want to keep building, what may need to change, and what approach could serve you better.
The work is collaborative. You remain responsible for your choices. My role is to support the process by asking questions, reflecting what I hear, noticing strengths and patterns, challenging assumptions when useful, and helping you turn insight into action.

Professional coaching may be useful when you are ready to move toward something important with more clarity, direction, and confidence.
COACHING MAY BE FOR YOU IF...
You do not need to be in crisis.
You do not need to know exactly what the “right” question is.
You may simply know that you are ready for a clearer direction or a more intentional next step.
Maybe you are navigating a decision, a transition, a demanding role, a personal goal, a shift in identity, or a pattern that keeps repeating.
You are already capable and resourceful. Coaching helps you recognize what you already know, use your strengths more intentionally, choose your next step with more clarity and move forward with more ownership.
Professional coaching can support you with:
WHEN COACHING HELPS
-
career direction or transition
-
confidence and self-trust
-
leadership and communication
-
communication, boundaries, and professional or personal relationships
-
motivation and follow-through
-
values and decision-making
-
performance pressure
-
identity, growth, and life transitions
-
navigating midlife or changing priorities
-
athletic goals or post-race transitions
-
creating structure when life feels scattered or overloaded
The topic can vary. The coaching process stays grounded: clarify, use your strengths, choose, act, adjust.

How coaching works
WE CLARIFY
We look at what is happening now, what matters, and what you want to better understand, change, or move toward.
WE REFLECT
We explore your strengths, priorities, assumptions, values, and available choices so you can move forward with more clarity.
WE CHOOSE
We identify what direction makes sense from where you are now, what matters to you, and what you want to build next.
WE ACT
We turn the conversation into practical next steps.
WE ADJUST
We use reflection and feedback to keep the process honest, useful, and connected to your real life.
The goal is not perfection.
The goal is movement with more awareness, clarity, ownership, and intention.

Exploration Call
The first step is an exploration call.
This is a conversation to understand what brings you here, what kind of support you are looking for, and whether professional coaching is the right fit.
It can also help clarify whether you are looking for coaching, consulting, training, or another kind of support.
HOW TO BEGIN
Ways to work together

I bring together professional coaching, endurance sport, behavior change, and years of supporting people through goals, pressure, transitions, and growth — in sport, work, and life.
MY APPROACH
I am an ACC Certified Professional Coach, trained through the International Coach Academy and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
My work is grounded, practical, and human. Coaching should create more clarity, not more noise. It should help you reconnect with your own judgment, not become dependent on someone else’s answers.

Testimonials
Catherine Désourdy, 37
Coordinator for Real Estate Developer
At the beginning of this year, I want to thank you for the role you played in my 2023!
Our coaching sessions had an incredibly positive impact on me and helped me move in the right direction.
My biggest takeaway from our sessions was truly realizing and recognizing my value. Not being afraid to speak up when something isn't working. Knowing what I’m worth. This has carried me through the rest of the year, and I’m bringing it with me into 2024!

and personally.

Not sure what kind of support you need?
That is okay.
Sometimes people arrive wanting advice, a plan, motivation, accountability, or a clearer direction. Sometimes coaching is the right fit. Sometimes a mix of support makes more sense.
The exploration call is there to clarify that.
We can look at what you are bringing, what kind of support would actually serve you, and whether this is the right place to begin.
What Clients Often Gain From Coaching
Clients often leave the process with:
-
clearer priorities
-
stronger self-trust
-
better decisions
-
more honest and meaningful goals
-
improved follow-through
-
a better use of their strengths
-
more confidence in how they move forward
The result is not always dramatic from the outside.
Sometimes the real shift is quieter:
You know what matters.
You see your next step more clearly.
You move forward with more confidence and ownership.
